The objective is to make it easy to share racing, training and cycling event related photos with other team members, family and friends. There is also a discussion tool to encourage riders to get to know each other better or pose questions. Family members (who typically take most of our photos!) can also be invited, so for all spouses, parents and grandparents that need access, just have them invited.

Flickr is a proven Yahoo! tool. Just ask to be invited and you will receive an email invite and go from there. For now we are limiting admin rights until we prove this method as a good one for our team. Our Group is private, so as far as upload and discussion rights go, you have to be invited, but it can be viewed by others who are not invited. So feel free to share the link with family members etc. and upload any cycling photos you think the team may be interested in. It will be a work in progress, so I expect there will be changes throughout the season. Justin will try to answer questions you may have, but is also learning the tool as he goes.
